Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of SparkQuicker. By using the service, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy.

Service Scope

SparkQuicker provides AI-assisted project workflows for motion-comic creation, including story setting, character and cover generation, storyboard generation, and image or video generation for storyboard frames.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, policy violations, fraud, or security risk.

User Content

  • You retain rights to content you lawfully create or upload.
  • You represent that you have the rights required to submit prompts, reference assets, and project content.
  • You must not use SparkQuicker to create or attempt to create prohibited content.

AI and Moderation

  • SparkQuicker may run automated moderation and manual review on prompts, images, videos, and related metadata.
  • We may refuse generation, mark projects under_review, disable AI functionality, or suspend accounts when policy or risk thresholds are triggered.

Payments

  • Paid features, credits, and subscriptions are governed by the pricing shown at purchase time.
  • Refund handling is governed by our separate Refund Policy and any mandatory legal requirements.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, payment failure, fraud, or legal/compliance reasons.

Liability

SparkQuicker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
