Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Use

You must not use SparkQuicker to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or exploitative sexual content of any kind.
• Explicit nudity, sexual activity, fetish content, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
• Graphic violence, gore, or other unlawful violent content.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, voice clones, impersonation, or other synthetic media that depicts a real person without clear authorization.
• Non-consensual intimate content, harassment, threats, hate content, or doxxing.
• Fraud, impersonation, malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive commercial activity.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Enforcement

SparkQuicker may reject prompts, block generation, log policy events, run image rescans, freeze projects under review, disable AI features, or suspend accounts.
