Overview

SparkQuicker reviews billing and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Credits, subscriptions, and other paid features are generally non-refundable once purchased or used, unless a refund is required by law, required by payment-provider rules, or clearly stated otherwise at purchase time.

When We May Approve a Refund

We may approve or partially approve a refund in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges or clear billing mistakes
  • Technical fulfillment problems that prevent the paid feature from being delivered as described
  • Unauthorized charges that are verified through our review process
  • Other situations where applicable law or payment-provider requirements require a refund

Refund requests for used credits, completed generation, abuse, or requests that fall outside applicable law or payment-provider policies may be denied.

Response Time

We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days. If we need more information, we may ask for your account email, order details, and a short description of the issue.
